In comparison to drinking cold water, there are claims that drinking hot water is beneficial for health. Especially, drinking warm water can or cannot aid improve digestion, reduce congestion, and even encourage relaxation.

Although we mostly like our water cold or say room temperature. As per Ayurveda, it is incorrect.
